Blue black hair dye for black hair?

i want to dye my hair blue black with hottopic's Raw blue black demi-permanent hair dye or Raw blue black permanent hair dye..problem is my hair is naturally black and i DON'T want to bleach it.

So are there other products that can you guys suggest that can turn my hair blue black or with a blue glow without bleaching it?

Yea you can die your hair blue black without bleaching it. You only use bleach when you are dying your hair Blondie or if you are lighting it by putting high lightens.
