Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

I sit just me or is black hair (almost) always excluded from hair talks. I hear people say just because its to common. but I really don't think it is that common, it seems as if only hair color people talk about is blonde, brown, and red hair.

Actually, I know exactly what you mean. It's always blondes, redheads and brunettes. I guess we fall into the brunette category. Although all they ever show are women with brown hair. And when you read a magazine they always tell you how to play up the brown highlights in your hair. it does drive me a little bonkers, so I usually just skip those sections. You are right and we should be recognized, black is a common hair color and there is no reason we should be overlooked.

Also, for the black hair haters out there, just a little FYI: black hair is the shiniest hair because the dark color reflects the light better than any other color.

well lets talk about it....

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

i don't know i have practically black hair and we never talk about it but we usually talk bout other stuff that has to do with hair just not color

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

Black hair is hard to dye it is contains a stong pigment.so people do not like to alter its hair color because it requires stong products and sometimes need to be dye multiple times to actually acheive the hair color sought after.

...yeah ..why dont we start a forum for people with black hair, and campaign for er...whatever....Ive got it! ...equal rights!!

....and when we get big enough we can make everybody talk about black hair...hows that!?!

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

It is probably because everyone knows how men are about blondes and redheads. They dye their hair to attract men when actually a lot of men would love a long dark haired woman. Most men do love long hair. Mine is a dark brown, most consider it black, but it isn't. If your referring to African Blacks hair, their hair is totally different than other peoples hair. They have to use a lot different products on it than we do. It seems that there aren't as many online as there are other races, so that is probably why you don't hear about their hair.

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

because it's not usually seen

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

I naturally have black hair. I am caucasion. Most ppl, however, do not have this color that are caucasion. I love my hair! And someone said black isn't a color, it is.

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

Good Question.

Have you ever thought about the people with blonde, brown, and red hair are trying to change thier hair color to Black?

Why is black hair excluded from most hair talks?

Because black hair is for Asians

Asians are ugly

and because black is not a color
