Black Hair...?

Dyed black hair can look really good... or really tacky and fake...

Does it matter if it is done professionally versus being done with a store bought product???

Black Hair...?

no

Black Hair...?

it would be better to get it done professionally...

Black Hair...?

it really doesn't matter

Black Hair...?

It has everything to do with your skin tone and the shade of blck, Yes, there is more than one shade of black. As long as your doing one solid color it shouldn't matter about who does it.

Black Hair...?

depends on the product being used and well saturated the hair gets with the color. If it isn't consistant then it will look blochy and uneven in color. that is why it is sometimes better to be done professionally because we know how much to put on and generally have more on hand incase we need more where as if you buy it at a store not only can you see all of your head but you might not have enough and there for try to stretch how far it goes.

Black Hair...?

No, not really.

Though it's better and on the safer side to buy an "Off-Black" dye like the one from Garnier Fructis instead of pitch black or blue black, which are the shades that tend to look tacky and fake on some people.

If you have thick hair, it's better to get two or three boxes of hair dye instead of one just to make sure you are able to get all of your strands evenly saturated. You don't want to run out when you're in the process of dyeing it and end up with uneven color.

Black Hair...?

My advice to u would be get it done by a professional...if you have never had experience with hair color u are in for a rude awakening...what happens if something goes wrong you will still end up going to the hairdresser to get it fixed...Go get it done by a licensed professional...

Black Hair...?

Take my advice and get it done professionally! I tried using some dark brown dye on my own and it turned my hair black as midnight and it looks so fake and tacky. You never know what will go wrong when you do it yourself and if you get it done professionally it will most likely look more natual and soft.

Black Hair...?

black is a difficult tone to die over certain types of tones. I sujeest you get it done professionaly. Go to a shop somwhere in a ghetto and it'll cost less. No offense to anyone, but i lived in a ghetto before and i have the right to say it's cheaper because it is.
