i dyed my hair black before school over premenent black dye, i had borwn hair coming threw, when i was little i had really blonde hair , but like my dad my hair begain to turn brown so i dyed it black, well i want my blonde hair back.. only i want bleach blonde with black under.. will it turn orange ? because i dyed my sisters hair from dyed black to a blonde and it did....

Go to a salon and have it done.
They'll know what to do and you won't have to worry about messing up.
