its the 21st...i hope that was a joke. lol. ummm...manic panic color works good. i have a guy friend who dyed his hair black then added about 15 different colors in. but idk if he bleached first. i looked awesome with pink hair =]

Manic panic won't work unless you bleach. Well, it will give you really nice lowlights but it won't show up as a vivid pink unless you bleach. It's probably the best semi-permanent dye, "In the Zone" probably won't have any effect unless you bleach.

I really don't know about the dye thing but I do think blue is a better choice, I love that color in black hair!

well... i don't have an answer to your q, but I just wanted to ask if your hair is naturally black because my hair isn't and itz sooo hard to keep up with, i mean the color is always fading

i did that and i used this which is dark pink. its permanent but it doesnt last that long, and it fades into a really nice color that suits ur hair anyways, if ur black hair is died.

If you have black hair and you don't want your parents freakin out, I don't recommend dying your hair pink.

Or, just convince your parents by talking about it endlessly. It works for everything.

Around where I live they have a store called "Sally's"

It is a store where beautician's buy their supplies...but open to the public....you can get all kinda stuff at a place like that ...semi-permanent...bold color semi......wash out stuff.

I'm not sure of what's in your area, but there should be a similar store....and the ppl there will help you get what you need

I would not use Manic Panic. It is VERY hard to wash out and will last longer than you probably want it to. I am currently searching for the perfect hot pink hair dye (my goal is the "Avril" look- blond hair with a hot pink streak).
