ok i went researching and a dye site said these are the colors i can get with out bleaching my hair,for black.brown hair

You will get below "ok" results. Like the other person said, since your hair is so dark, at most you'll get a tint if you use a really strong semi-permanent dye such as blue velvet. That tint will be gone within a few days as well, since such dyes last a lot longer on bleached hair. If you want good results you'll have to bleach your hair. You'll be lucky if you get anything to show up on black hair.

It has been my experience that you will get a tint.. rather than dramatic color without bleaching. So if you want a vivid color you will probably have to bleach.
